Playdates in and around Porto

Hello does someone know if there is a WhatsApp group or a group for mums in Portugal or Porto? I'd like to meet other mums with children, for the kids to play and to exchange. We've just moved to Porto, I'm German , and have a 1-year-old son who doesn't yet have a place in a crèche. Or perhaps someone else would be interested in meeting up with the children. We speak English, German and Portuguese:-)
